There are so many ways to find your mile and take part in the European Mile: running, walking, rollerblading, stair climbing, skating… Can’t decide how you want to find yours? In support of the European Mile campaign, the Hungarian School Sport Federation created a special augmented reality (AR) face filter to use on social media that could help you answer that question.

The filter is available on both Facebook and Instagram – but the burning question, of course, is:

How do you use it?

1.    Open the link on your phone and make sure you are using the front camera.
2.    Put your phone in front of you, and you will see a green image on your forehead.
3.    Hold the capture button, and you will see the little action figure spin.
4.    Wait a few seconds while you smile or talk. The image will stop randomly showing an activity you can do as your European Mile.
5.    Stop the video and post it as part of the European Mile campaign with the hashtags #FindYourMile and #EuropeanMile.

Share the AR filter with your online community to involve as many people as possible in the European Mile campaign. Let’s celebrate together the joy of movement!

European Mile is an initiative of the International Sport and Culture Association (ISCA) as part of the NowWeMOVE Campaign.

All activities under the European Mile title are voluntary and should take into consideration accessibility requirements for people with disabilities and medical conditions.

"Funded by the European Union. Views and opinions expressed are however those of the author(s) only and do not necessarily reflect those of the European Union. Neither the European Union not the granting authority can be held responsible for them."

We believe
in the power of inspiration.
