Every MOVE Counts on every continent and this year our member Sesc in Brazil is hosting a 20-minute online running class to celebrate the European Mile, supported by Olympic 800m gold medallist Maria Mutola from Mozambique.

On 5 June, 10AM (Brazilian Time), the project will be launched in a Running Class of 20 minutes, broadcast live on Facebook and YouTube.

At the end of the activity, Sesc trainers are going to invite all participants to share their participation using the #FindYourMile and #meus20minutos (my20minutes, in Portuguese) hashtags. Sesc trainers are going to give the class Live and 100% in Portuguese. Afterward, the workout will be available on both social media channels with subtitles.

In addition to the liveclass, Sydney Olympic gold medallist Maria Mutola from Mozambique will record a video to promote the event in Brazil and Mozambique. Find out more about our champion ambassador here.
