If you’ve been stuck at home or behind a screen for months on end, your body is probably craving a reboot. That much needed brain break and refresh is closer than you think – and it doesn’t take much effort.

It’s about finding 15 minutes to squeeze in a short walk or run – just one mile, or 1.6 km whenever you need it.

Earlier we shared 5 reasons why short distance running and walking are great ways to exercise again and now we’ve published these as a downloadable infographic and video.

Running, walking or rolling a mile is not only a great way to get back into shape, it can also help other people get active again for their health and wellbeing. How? Every mile you donate here will support the Daily Mile Foundation, an active breaks initiative for school children around Europe.
